We just returned from a truly unforgettable 10 day trip to Italy that we could never have planned without the help and dedication of Andi at Once In A Lifetime. When we began planning our trip on our own, we quickly realized that finding the right hotels and activities was much more overwhelming than we had imagined. Andi worked tirelessly to understand our family, and the things we wanted to get out of our trip. She quickly developed a keen understanding of who we are, what we like. We felt like we made real connections with people in each region we visited. The value of this experience cannot be overstated, and I feel confident that we would have fallen far short if we had not had Andi’s expert assistance.
