Make Lasagna Like a True Italian

I am always on the look out for great recipes to share during my pasta classes, but one item I have shied away from is lasagna. Most lasagna outside of Italy is far from authentic and I’m really picky about that. I am here to announce that I have finally been won over by an amazing recipe posted by Walks of Italy, and had a blast learning how to make lasagna like a true Italian.
Not only was I swooning, but a house full of crazy pasta making ladies couldn’t get enough. We didn’t have one drop of lasagna left. Not a crumb.
Don’t be intimated with making pasta from scratch. The ingredients are simple and inexpensive. Your sheets don’t even have to look perfect for this recipe. Just roll, layer and repeat!
Buon Appetito!

Hi, I would love to make this recipe but I noticed there are a few ingredients whose measurements are missing from the original recipe posted by walks of life. I commented on the website, but I have yet to receive a response. Do you have the measurements for the following ingredients:
passata
white wine,
ground beef and ground pork
milk
